Round-up: Low Profile light fixtures with brass accents under $200
The house I live in has 8 foot ceilings. They are sufficient, but it does mean I am limited when choosing light fixtures, especially those in our hallways. A general rule of thumb is your light fixture should be at least 7 feet (around 215 cm) from the ground when dealing with an entry or hallway ceiling fixture. With that in mind I am looking for a light fixture that is at most, 12 inches (~30cm) in fixture height. Perhaps you are dealing with the same issue and maybe I can save you some searching!?
