Prior to the scheduled consultation I review your client questionnaire (sent ahead at time of booking) so I am familiar with the project details, your project budget and your design vision and inspiration. The ultimate goal of this consultation is to lend my expertise to answer your questions, provide you with advice as well as the actionable next steps and long term plans to achieve your design goals within your budget.

The Design Consultation is $300. Payment due at time of booking.

There are many reasons you may prefer virtual consultation and with today’s technology we can make it happen.

The work starts with a video call to discuss the project scope and your design goals. From here I draft a personal proposal for your project outlining project deliverables and costs to complete. Once this proposal is accepted we move forward with the design process.

The work can include: design boards, materials and finishes selections, floorplans and cabinetry elevations and / or shopping lists for furniture and décor items. All deliverables are presented in a virtual meeting with opportunity for revisions as agreed upon at the proposal stage.

The deliverables provided can be used to complete the work yourself or to hire others to execute the work for you!

The Initial Video Consultation is $150.00. Payment is due at time of booking.

Full Service means I am with you from inception of the design concept to installation of furniture and décor. In consultation with you I select paint colours, room layout, materials and finishes and complete the sourcing, ordering and installation and styling of your newly designed space(s).

We start with a design consultation, reviewing your design inspiration, functional requirements, project budget and what you can expect throughout the design process. This will include presentations and client sign off at each stage to facilitate transparency of design decisions and project costs as well as achieve overall satisfaction with the final result.

Design Fee estimate and contract sign-off for full service package is completed following the initial consultation which starts at $150 for a one room refresh (payment due at time of booking).

I can be there to assist you when you feel you are in need of a professional’s opinion. This service is best used for specific decorating questions. Some examples of topics for hourly design services include; advice on furniture placement or paint colour selection.

Hourly services can be provided virtually or in person and payment is due at time of booking: $50/ half hour.
